COVID-19 Guidelines For Office Procedures

In order to maintain a safe environment for our valued patients and their families, we have enacted the following procedures.

Patients and Family.

Patients are Encouraged to:

  • Bring their own masks to wear during movement to and from treatment locations.
  • Use Provided Hand Sanitizer.
  • Wash Hands Frequently.
  • Leave family and friends in vehicle during treatment.

Please remember that at this time BGOHC is treating more emergent cases than any other office in the SOKY area and we have experienced longer than average wait times. As we try to keep patients and staff safe; we ask for your patience in receiving treatment.

Upon Arrival

Please call the office upon your arrival and give your name, vehicle description, and reason for appointment to our Reception Desk.

Our Team will then bring all relevant paperwork to your car; at this time your temperature will be taken prior to entering the office. 100.4 is the current temperature cut off.

After all relevant paperwork and screening procedures are completed patients will remain in their cars until their procedure starts.

At this time a member of the BGOHC team will escort the patient to their treatment room.
